My name is Rosalie Boulden and I have been attending HeartSong Yoga for several years. Due to the fact that I have Multiple Sclerosis, it is difficult for me to find things that I am capable of doing due to my mobility problems.

With my yoga practice, Leslie has shown me many ways to strengthen the areas of my body that need special attention. The class that I attend is for those with specific needs, so we feel comfortable with each other. If any of us are having a day when we need to go easier or need extra help with certain areas, Leslie helps us make adjustments so we can still benefit from the class.

The beauty of yoga is giving a person the tools one needs to cope with the stress one may be having and the ability to experience the art of true relaxation. Each week I realize how dedicated Leslie is to her classes and the knowledge she shares with us. I feel fortunate that yoga has become a part of my life and would recommend it without hesitation to others.
