When Aliveness Returns

An experiential pause that restores contact with inner flow, vitality, and support.

A place to pause and feel your presence.

A free, open Sanctuary Circle • all are welcome

There are moments when life keeps moving, but something inside you knows it’s time to pause.

Not because anything is wrong.
Not because you need fixing.
But because you can feel how much effort it takes to keep managing everything — even the things you love.

This Circle is for the woman who is busy, engaged, and capable — and who is also quietly longing for space.
Space to feel what’s actually alive inside her.
Space to receive support without having to ask for it.
Space to remember what it feels like when life moves through her again.

If you feel a yes as you read this - even a soft one - you’re welcome here.

This Circle offers a direct, lived experience, not ideas or instruction.

Here you are invited into:

  • a regulated, supportive space to pause and settle into your body

  • an experiential reconnection with inner flow, vitality, and aliveness

  • a felt sense of support that doesn’t require effort or explanation

  • a reminder of how subtle awareness can shift your internal state

  • a moment of remembering that opens what comes next — without forcing it

Nothing here needs to be achieved.
The value is in the experience itself.

About Leslie

Hello! I’m Leslie.

I create spaces for women to pause, reconnect with themselves, and feel what becomes available when attention softens into the body.

Drawing on decades of yoga therapy and soul-based practice, my work is grounded, experiential, and deeply human. I’m less interested in answers than in presence — and in what begins to move when we stop managing our experience and listen inwardly.

This Circle is an expression of that work: a place to pause, feel your presence, and allow aliveness to return.

Women’s Spiritual Mentor, Certified Yoga Therapist, Soul Embodiment Coach

Here’s how our time together will unfold.

This is not a class or workshop.

Your experience will include:

  • grounding and gentle arrival practices

  • a brief lived reflection shared by me

  • guided experiential awareness (breath, sensation, presence)

  • space for quiet integration

  • optional sharing, with an emphasis on listening rather than responding

You won’t be asked to perform, explain, or fix anything.

Come as you are.

"Without these practices,
I don't think I would weather what is going on in the world nearly as well as I do. Anxiety no longer has the impact it once did.”

Melani B., Arvada, CO
Sanctuary Member, Workshop and Retreat Participant

"Leslie has a depth of training, experience, and understanding that have been of great benefit to me as a student and teacher of yoga. I highly recommend her as a mentor.”
