Being Strong
in Times of Change
A live, virtual Circle to cultivate resilience, clarity, and strength as the year —and life—shifts.
Pause. Reflect. Step fully into the strength you already carry.
Rise Into Real Strength
As life continues to turn - in our roles, our bodies, and the world around us - it can feel like a balancing act. Many of us notice the tension between simply enduring and truly thriving, between holding it together and wanting to feel fully alive, steady, and connected to ourselves.
Strength isn’t about holding everything alone or pushing through until you break. In this Circle, strength is about connection, presence, and knowing how to move through change with clarity and embodied power. This isn’t the “be strong at all costs” kind of strength - it grows when we pause, reflect, and gather support from ourselves and from each other.
As we enter this new year, it’s the perfect moment to realign with who we are, acknowledge the strength we’ve already cultivated, and explore the ways we can embody even more of it moving forward. The challenges of 2025 have changed us - now we are called to take what we’ve learned, the ways we’ve grown, and our developing strength into what’s ahead.
This live, virtual Circle is a space to pause, reflect, and step fully into that strength - with insight, support, and energy you can’t fully experience alone.

Leslie Ellis, C-IAYT, ERYT500
Women’s Spiritual Mentor, Certified Yoga Therapist, Soul Embodiment Coach
Hi! I’m Leslie, and I’m thrilled to support women in growing their relationship with themselves and discovering the strength, clarity, and joy that come from embodied living.
My work blends over 30 years of teaching and practice - weaving together yoga therapy, soul-based coaching, and a deep belief in the sacredness of everyday life. I hold space for you to be fully yourself: to pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your innate wisdom and resilience.
I’m living this midlife journey right alongside you, and I know firsthand how disconcerting the changes in our bodies, roles, and the world can feel. Yoga and soul-based practices, as I share them, are far more than poses or reflection - they are ways to remember who you are, anchor in your strength, and step into the life you are meant to live.
In Being Strong in Times of Change, I’ll guide you to explore what strength truly means for you, reflect on the lessons of the past year, and cultivate resilience that carries you confidently into what’s ahead.
"I loved my training and the retreat with Leslie. Her gentle spirit, experience and wisdom come through and you know that there is much to learn from her."

"Without these practices,
I don't think I would weather what is going on in the world nearly as well as I do. Anxiety no longer has the impact it once did.”
Melani B., Arvada, CO

"Leslie has a depth of training, experience, and understanding that have been of great benefit to me as a student and teacher of yoga. I highly recommend her as a mentor.”
