There are moments when life keeps moving… meetings, conversations, responsibilities, the news…

…and something inside you tightens.

Or you simply know it’s time to pause.

Not because anything is wrong.

But because you can feel the effort it takes to keep everything running smoothly. To keep showing up well. To keep tending what needs tending - including the things you love.

You’re capable. Engaged. Thoughtful. You care.

And still, there’s a quiet longing for space.
Space to exhale fully.
Space to notice what’s happening beneath the momentum.
Space to feel steady and alive from within.

This Circle is that space.

In our time together, I’ll share grounded teachings and guided practices - practical ways of working with attention and awareness that help restore vitality and reconnect you to your natural flow.

You’re invited into a steady, supported pause - a place to feel your feet on the ground, your breath in your body, and the quiet current of energy beneath the noise of doing.

You may notice:

• your shoulders soften
• your breathing deepen
• your thoughts slow enough to hear yourself again
• a subtle but real shift in how energy moves inside you

When vitality returns, so does clarity. So does steadiness. So do you.

From that place, decisions feel cleaner. Conversations feel easier. Responsibilities feel lighter.

About Leslie

I’m Leslie.

I create spaces for women to pause, reconnect with themselves, and feel what becomes available when attention softens into the body.

Drawing on decades of yoga therapy and soul-based practice, my work is grounded, experiential, and deeply human. I’m less interested in answers than in presence — and in what begins to move when we stop managing our experience and listen inwardly.

This Circle is an expression of that work: a place to pause, feel your presence, and allow aliveness to return.
