Refund Policy

This page has two parts: private sessions, and group membership. For private clients, the Private Client Agreement controls if anything here differs.

Private sessions: billing, cancellation, and refunds

1. Each block of sessions is invoiced separately and paid in full before the first session of the block. Leslie holds booked sessions for up to 14 days while waiting for payment. If payment has not arrived by then, the sessions are cancelled until the invoice is paid.

2. Payments are non-refundable, except as described here. A payment gives you the right to attend the sessions you have paid for, or to reschedule them.

3. You may cancel or reschedule any session, for any reason, with at least 24 hours' notice. A session cancelled with less notice, or missed, is forfeited.

4. A session cancelled with proper notice can be rescheduled, depending on availability, at any point during the block or within 30 days after the block ends. A session not used by the end of that 30-day window is forfeited.

5. Package sessions not used within the stated period (60 days for 5 sessions, 120 days for 10 sessions) are forfeited without refund.

6. If Leslie needs to cancel a session and a new time cannot be found within the same 30-day window, that session is refunded.

7. If Leslie ends the coaching relationship, you receive a pro-rated refund for each of the remaining sessions.

8. If you choose to stop, or cannot take part for any reason, payments made toward scheduled sessions are non-refundable, and any balance owed for sessions already held must be paid.

9. If there is a disagreement about your services, please make a good faith attempt for 30 days to resolve it with Leslie before starting a chargeback. A chargeback may incur an additional $250 fee.

Membership, billing, and cancellation

1. Your membership includes a Library of recorded classes and teachings and a community space. Membership is a monthly recurring fee, and you agree to pay on time and to keep your payment information up to date.

2. Your first payment is charged on the day you join and covers your first month of membership. Your membership renews monthly on or around the same date, and you will be charged on that date until you change levels or cancel.

3. You can cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next payment date. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Payments already made are non-refundable, including for classes or recordings you choose not to watch.

5. If you change membership levels, your new level and rate begin as described at checkout.

6. If Leslie ends your membership because you have broken the Group Agreements, including the agreement to hold what others share in confidence, your access ends and payments already made are non-refundable.

7. If Leslie ends The Sanctuary or a membership level, you will be refunded for any paid period you cannot use.
