Solstice Sanctuary
Pleasure, Play, and the Sacred Pause
A Winter Solstice Gathering to
Rest, Reconnect, and
Welcome the Promise of Light
With Leslie Ellis
A retreat for the woman who has been giving too much and receiving too little ~ who craves softness, space, and permission to replenish again.
You, whose calendar is always full, whose body is tired, and
whose soul longs for a pause…
If you’re ready to play, indulge in rest, and reconnect with your own inner light, this sanctuary is waiting for you.
As the light wanes and winter’s stillness calls, step into a sanctuary of softness and celebration — where your rest is sacred, your play is prayer, and your pleasure is medicine. This is a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and nurture the parts of you that have been holding, doing, and giving all year long. At this threshold of the Solstice, we honor where we’ve come from and hold the promise of the returning light and the new possibilities it brings.
In the Solstice Sanctuary, you will:
Sink into restorative yoga and guided movement to release tension
Engage in reflective exercises and playful prompts to reconnect with curiosity and joy
Take a guided journey to your wise woman self for insight and inspiration for the coming year
Enjoy space for quiet reflection, soulful nourishment and laughter.

Hi! I’m Leslie, and I’m delighted to support you in stepping fully into this sacred time of pause, reflection, and renewal. My work is grounded in over 30 years of teaching and practice, weaving together yoga therapy, soul-based coaching, and a deep love for the sacredness of everyday life.
I hold space for you to rest, play, and reconnect with your body, your heart, and your inner wisdom. In Solstice Sanctuary, you’ll be invited to slow down, release tension, and remember the joy, curiosity, and delight that live within you.
Yoga and embodied practices are more than stretches or poses - they’re a way to come home to yourself, honor your soul, and open to the rich possibilities of the year ahead. In this retreat, I’ll guide you through restorative movement, soulful reflection, and playful exploration, helping you receive the promise of the returning light and carry it forward into your life.
