  • I do not offer any regular drop-in classes at this time. However there are several ways you can practice with me outside of my longer term programs.

Each month I offer a free session called HeartBeats LIVE!
HeartBeats is my weekly e-news and the second Tuesday of each month instead of sending that out, I offer this free virtual session where I share some thoughts and teaching about a designated topic and then lead you in a short practice to support you in embodying the learning. This is a wonderful introduction to me and the HeartSong community and is always fun and inspiring. Check out the next session here.

In addition, I offer a Full Moon Meditation each month which you can sign up for either as a series or for the individual months. This is a longer meditation grounded in the energy of the full moon that month. You can see the full Full Moon Meditation schedule here (link)

The other way to work with me on a more periodic basis is to consider private sessions which you can schedule at your convenience. See more info here .

  • I have trained many yoga teachers in both my Foundations 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training and in my Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. I also offer Continuing Education for teachers.

My greatest joy with teachers is to support their deepening and development in the practice itself.

I also offer private mentoring for yoga teachers where we address topics from working with your students, to refining your teaching skills, to establishing yourself in the business of teaching yoga.
