Letting Go at Solstice

Beautiful Soul,

As I am writing this for you, I am wrapping up my work for the year 2021. And beginning to look forward to the lght returning and shining on 2022. What will unfold is a mystery and yet, I find myself feeling pretty relaxed. Ready for whatever emerges.

When this post goes live, I'll be on holiday, basking under the wide open skies of Joshua Tree National Park. I will have been already a few days living mostly outdoors, hiking in the cool sun and setting intentions for how I want to live and be as we move into a new year.

Picture me letting the light of sun, low in the sky at solstice, touch on my face as I envision my brilliant self moving confidently and steadfastly into what is to come.

And know that I envision the same for you.

The moon will be just days into it's waning phase and energies will be high for releasing what is ready to be released in order to create space for what is to come.

I love that the dark night and the full moon are in such close proximity this Solstice. After all that has transpired in the world this year we need some big support for letting go!

What would you like to release as this year wanes? What can you let go of to open up space for what's next?

May you, at this time of Solstice, allow yourself some extra space to rest and reflect. And may you enjoy all that these holy-days have to offer.
