Don't see the email? Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you're using the same email you used when you joined.
Your first time signing in?
Look for the email with the subject "Welcome to The Sanctuary - your access is ready," from Leslie Ellis via ThriveCart, and click the button inside. After that, use the sign-in button above whenever you'd like to come back. Once you're in, watch the welcome video pinned in Announcements for a short tour.
Billing and cancelling
Your receipt shows when your next payment is due. You can manage your billing or cancel any time before your next payment through the link in your receipt, or from your profile settings on your Academy dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
